Florida EBikes- Sarasota, FL

We are giving Florida Ebikes a thumbs up and five star A+ recommendation as we spent a couple hours, at least, a few days ago - specifically with Brian the sales person on the floor who gave us very much attention and an explicit amount of information about the E bikes. He let us test drive the different types of E bikes , explain the differences with each - warranty, etc. Brian went above and beyond to deliver our E bike bikes that night- an hour away- after hours - as we were only in town for a short time. That is an amazing sales rep and I would give him a five star any day.. Kelly and Todd, Punta Gorda, Florida

Had such a great experience! The man who I believe was the manager working was so friendly, helpful and zero pressure for purchase. I rode numerous bikes, he was knowledgeable about each model, helped me in what felt right for me. We left, and ended up coming back the same day as nowhere else compared with inventory, personality, knowledge and customer service. It was an easy process, my bike was built that day, and I rode it home! A month later I have over 100 miles on it! No issues. Received a follow up email, and would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new bike!

This shop is incredible. This Is definitely the place you want to go They are extremely knowledgeable amd honest. I was so lucky to finsd this place. I have felt ripped off and not happy with other shops in the area. So finding this place was a blessing. Brian the guy who helped me was top notch. Explained everything cleary so I could understand more about my bike. Really impressed with him.

A big “Hazzah!” to Brian for his help in diagnosing my Vintage Electric’s issues, Kathleen for her coordination and management, and Tony for his going the extra mile in crafting a spoke they didn’t carry for my bike. Extraordinary work! I’m glad my shop back in Santa Clara recommended you.

I had an awesome experience buying my bike from Florida E Bikes Sarasota. The whole sales process felt relaxed and genuine instead of pushy, which I really appreciated. The team took the time to walk me through different models, asked the right questions about how I planned to ride, and helped me find the perfect bike for what I needed. What stood out most was how knowledgeable and patient they were. They explained the differences between the bikes, let me take my time with test rides, and made sure I actually understood what I was buying rather than just trying to make a quick sale. By the time I left, I felt completely confident in my purchase. Great customer service, great product, and a really smooth buying experience overall. I’d definitely recommend Florida E Bikes Sarasota to anyone looking for an e-bike.
